BIKE AND CAVE: VOLCANO LAKI
A DAY TOUR ON A FAT BIKE AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE BIGGEST VOLCANIC CAVE SYSTEM IN EUROPE

This day tour starts with an exciting super jeep journey up into the Interior Highlands, with expansive views towards Vatnajökull icecap (the third largest extent of continuous glacial ice in the world) and travelling through the second largest lava flow in history of Iceland, the Laki lavas.
After few viewing stops along the way, we eventually arrive at the entrance to the biggest volcanic cave system in Europe, only recently discovered, created during the fissure line eruption of Laki volcano and craters in 1783-84.
